What can Regional Innovation Agencies learn from each other?
How Regional Innovation Agencies can promote smart specialisation?
The 2 workshops are focusing on regional innovation policy and on the tool used for implementing innovation: the Regional Innovation Agencies (RIAs).
The 1st workshop would present testimonials of territorial cooperation in the field of regional innovation, which were carried out by partners of PERIA project (INTERREGIVC). As PERIA is an interregional cooperation to develop services offered by a regional innovation agency, we would like to introduce concrete results of good practise exchanges that were conducted by the partnering regions.
The 2nd workshop would focus on conceptual aspects and policy, involving members of regional development councils and elected politicians. The workshop would provide opportunity for debate on the role of regions and RIAs in the Innovation Union, the future of RIAs in Europe, leading to the topic of the future of PERIA partnership.
